Need a hand with Foyer? Email [email protected] and we'll help. A few common questions first.
Accessibility is how macOS lets an app rearrange and hide menu‑bar items — it's the single permission Foyer needs. Grant it in System Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Accessibility. Foyer never asks for Screen Recording; see the trust page.
Foyer is notch‑aware and won't hide items under the notch. If macOS pushes an item there, Foyer tells you how many are affected and offers to manage them. Open Foyer's Arrange panel to bring them back into view.
Your license covers up to 2 Macs. If you're replacing a machine and need to free a slot, email [email protected] with your license key and we'll reset an activation.
No. After activation Foyer works fully offline, with a 30‑day offline grace period before it re‑checks your license.
Foyer checks for updates automatically (you can turn this off in Settings ▸ General) and installs them with Sparkle. Updates within v1 are free.
We offer a 30‑day, no‑questions‑asked refund. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
Email [email protected] with your macOS version and a short description (a screenshot helps). We read every message.
