These terms govern your use of Foyer ("the app"), a macOS application published by NYRAI LLC ("we," "us"). By downloading or using Foyer, you agree to them.
Foyer is licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to install and use Foyer on up to two (2) Macs that you own or control (a household license), for personal or business use.
Foyer offers a 14‑day free trial with full functionality. When the trial ends, the hide/show features stop until you purchase a license; your menu bar simply returns to its normal macOS state — Foyer never holds your bar hostage.
Purchases are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. We offer a 30‑day, no‑questions‑asked refund. To request one, email [email protected].
You agree not to reverse‑engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent the licensing of Foyer, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Your license includes updates within the same major version (v1). Future major versions may be offered as separate purchases or upgrades.
Foyer is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. NYRAI LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Your use of Foyer is also governed by our Privacy Policy and the Foyer Pledge.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
